Leveraging the Principles in Global Struggles for Fiscal Justice


The event will explore the global implications of the Principles and their usefulness in advancing struggles for tax/budget justice and human rights beyond the region. In particular, we'll address the potential of the Principles to contribute to a new narrative that can be seized by social movements, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the UN Special Rapporteurs, public interest litigators, and domestic courts –amongst other many relevant actors.
